Symbols land on a 6x5 grid themed on Ancient Greece. Eight or more of the same symbol anywhere on screen pays, so no payline decides a win. Each win triggers a tumble, and a spin can run unlimited tumbles. A sixth row, one position per reel, opens as tumbles build up and stays in play until the tumbles end.
Four or more scatters, the Athena portrait, anywhere on screen start Free Spins with 10 spins. The sixth row stays fully locked at the start, and every tumble of the round counts toward its unlocks. Three or more scatters during the round add 5 spins, so Retrigger extends the round. Multiplier hits add into one running total for the whole round.

Each spin uses a 6x5 grid and a locked sixth row. After tumble 1, the first position unlocks; 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15 more tumbles open reels 2 to 6. Unlocked positions stay in play until the tumbles end, then relock. Wins count total symbols on screen.

Five steps, one sequence
Read this before your first spin, while the bets, wins and free spins are still unfamiliar.
The reels stay still until you pick a bet from A$0.20 up to A$240. Examples on this page use A$0.20, A$0.50 and A$2, so each payout is easy to scale.
Eight or more matching symbols anywhere on the 6x5 grid form a win, with no paylines. Winning symbols disappear, and new ones tumble down until no win is left.
A locked sixth row opens one position per reel as tumbles build up. Multiplier hits add into a total multiplier for the spin.
Four or more scatters anywhere on screen start the free spins, with 10 spins and the sixth row fully locked. Three or more scatters during the round add 5 spins.
The reels can turn against you at any spin. Set your loss limit and stop time before the first spin, since no session length can be known in advance.

Four or more Scatter symbols anywhere on the screen start the Free Spins. The round opens with 10 spins, and the sixth row begins fully locked. Three or more Scatters during the round add 5 more spins.
Wisdom of Athena runs at 96.07% or 96.08% RTP, depending on the version. RTP is a long-run average over very many spins, not a promise for one session. The Wisdom of Athena 1000 and 1000 Xmas editions list 96.00%.
The top prize is 5,000 times the bet. At the A$2 example bet, that is A$10,000. The highest bet of A$240 raises the same multiple to A$1,200,000. Nobody can plan to hit it.
Buy Free Spins costs 100 times the total bet, which is A$200 at the A$2 example bet. The buy is not available while the Ante Bet is on. Turning on the Ante Bet costs 1.25 times the bet, so A$2 becomes A$2.50.
